Al Masry Al Youm Sharek

Al Masry Al Youm took journalism to a new level, they initiated “Sharek” to make every citizen report. And we made this come true!

Al Masry Al Youm wanted to develop a website, Al Masry Al Youm Sharek. The main concept of it is to cover the whole country’s news through its citizens’ tongues. So that anyone can share, add and detect new stories and news from any governorate in Egypt through the Sharek platform.

Code95 has developed a responsive website that illustrates the idea they requested, the website enables the user to upload articles with photos or videos to address his problem or his point of view on any certain subject. We drew and sliced a responsive map, when the user tab on any province on the map, the latest news uploaded in it will be displayed.
