This telecommunications company is a market leader in the UAE. The company has modern offices based in Media City Dubai and they are currently recruiting for a Senior Legal Counsel to report directly to the Senior Vice President.

Your role will be to advise and support all areas of the telecommunications business with a particular focus on general commercial corporate and telecoms regulatory issues. You will have one direct report and may be involved in other ad hoc matters including dispute resolution property law and employment law issues.

You should have at least 10 years pqe as a lawyer from a recognised jurisdiction and this should include good commercial experience from the telecommunications sector. Prior experience of managing people and knowledge of the Middle East is preferable but not essential.
